This study aimed to study and compare emotional regulation and resilience in children with and without attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder. The design of the present study is a descriptive and causal-comparative design. The statistical population is 6 to 12 years old children with and without attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder in Arak. Sixty-one children were selected as the research sample by available and purposeful sampling method (31 children with attention-deficit/ hyperactivity disorder and 30 normal children). Participants answered the Shields and Cicchetti Emotional Regulation Checklist Questionnaire and the Social-Emotional Assets and Resilience Scales, Parent rating form. Multivariate analysis of variance was used to analyze the data. The present study showed that children with attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder had significantly lower scores than the comparing group in emotional regulation and resilience (P<0.05). The results indicate the negative effect of attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder on emotional regulation and resilience in children with this disorder. Manuscript profile

Child labor is one of the social ills of today's society. This study aimed to investigate a structural model of unconditional self-acceptance, rejection sensitivity, future expectations, and childhood experience care in working children. A correlational design using structural equation modeling was conducted. The statistical population of this study include the working child who lived in Yazd and Isfahan cities in 2020. A total of 160 children was selected using available sampling methid and answered to Chamberlin and Haaga’s unconditional self acceptance cale, Downey and Feldman’s sensitivity to rejection scale, Mcwhirter’s future expectations scale, and Bifulco, Brown and Harris’s childhood experience of care questionnaire. The findings showed that unconditional acceptance had a negative and significant effect on sensitivity to rejection (P<0.05). Childhood experience of care had a negative and significant relationship with future expectations while being positively and significantly related to sensitivity to rejection. Likewise, rejection sensitivity had a significant and negative effect on future expectations (P<0.05). The results did not support the direct effect of unconditional acceptance on future expectations. Regarding the results, it can be concluded that improving childhood care, reducing sensitivity to rejection, and working on the unconditional acceptance of these children, helped to improve their lives. The aim of this study was to investigate the mediating role of critical thinking in the relationship between procrastination and psychological capital in employees. The research method was descriptive and correlational and the method of structural equation modeling. The statistical population included all employees of Parsian Bank of Tehran in 2020-2021 with a volume of 2600 people and 300 samples were selected by stratified sampling method. Measurement tools were Saffarinia et al. (2011) organizational procrastination questionnaire، Luthans et al. (2007) ، psychological capital scale and Ricketts critical thinking questionnaire (2003). Data were analyzed by SPSS25 and LISREL software. According to the results، the factor load of the direct path of the effect of psychological capital on procrastination was not significant، but with the mediation of critical thinking، this path became significant at the level of 0.05.Then، in order to modify the model، paths whose factor load was not significant were removed. Finally، the modified model had a good fit. According to the results، it can be said that the more psychological capital and critical thinking a person has، the less negligence he will have. Therefore، by using appropriate executive strategies to increase the psychological capital of employees، a step can be taken to reduce organizational procrastination. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was the role of impulse control, irritability and attachment style of mothers in predicting the symptoms of attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder in children. The present study was a descriptive correlational study. 120 mothers of elementary school students (65 girls and 55 boys) who were studying in Tehran in the academic year of 2019- 2020 and had symptoms of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the Connerss Parent Questionnaire (1999), the Buss and Plomine Irritability Questionnaire (1984), the Lynham Impulse Control Scale (2006), and the Collins and Read Attachment Styles Questionnaire (1999). To analyzing data, was used Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results of regression analysis showed that the control of impulse, irritability and attachment style of mothers by explaining 58 percent of the variance of the total score of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder symptoms can predict the criterion variable. These findings indicate that therapists and psychologists pay close attention to the psychological characteristics of mothers in the effectiveness of treatment for the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children. Despite the importance of social safeness, little research has provide a causal explanation. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to introduce a causal explanation of the social safeness based on neuroticism and the satisfaction and frustration of basic psychological needs among a group of undergraduate students at Shiraz University. Participants were 291 (170 girls) during 2020-21 academic year, who were selected using a multi-stage random cluster sampling method. They completed the Costa and McCrae neuroticism scale (1992), basic psychological needs satisfaction and frustration scale Chen et al. (2015), and social safeness and pleasure scale Gilbert et al. (2009). The validity and reliability of the research scales were evaluated and confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. For analyzing the research model, path analysis and Amos 24 software was used. Also, the results showed that the research model fits well with the data collected. Findings showed that neuroticism predicted social safeness indirectly (Through the mediation of the basic psychological needs satisfaction and frustration). In general, the results of this study indicate that social safeness planning requires attention to both personality traits and the situations created by these traits, such as the satisfaction and frustration of basic psychological needs. The results are discussed based on research and theoretical evidence. Manuscript profile
