The present research was a descriptive study of a causal-comparative type, the research sample included all mothers with mentally retarded children and mothers with normal children aged 7 to 12 years in the academic year 1401-1402, of which 120 mothers, 60 mothers with mentally retarded children and 60 mothers with normal children were selected using available sampling method. Data were collected using Zimbardo and Boyd's time perspective questionnaires, Connor and Davidson's resilience scale, King and Emmons' emotional expressiveness and Ardlet's wisdom questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, multivariate analysis of variance was used and data was analyzed using SPSS software. The obtained results showed that the components of time perspective, expressed emotion, resilience and wisdom in mothers with intellectually disabled children compared to mothers with healthy children. In other words, compared to mothers with normal children, mothers with mentally disabled children experience less wisdom, more deterministic present, positive past and less future-oriented present, less resilience, more negative emotions and less positive emotions. This findings, clarify the importance of studying the variables affecting the psychological health of caregivers of mentally retarded children. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه تاب&zwnj;&zwnj;آوری، خردمندی، هیجان ابرازشده و چشم&zwnj;&zwnj;انداز زمان در مادران دارای کودک ناتوان ذهنی و مادران دارای کودک سالم بود. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع علّی- مقایسه&zwnj;&zwnj;ای بود که نمونه پژوهش شامل تمامی مادران دارای کودکان کم&zwnj;&zwnj;توان ذهنی و مادران دارای کودکان عادی 7 تا 12 ساله در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 در شهر ارومیه بودند که از میان آنان 120 مادر،60 مادر دارای فرزند کم&zwnj;&zwnj;توان ذهنی و 60 مادر دارای فرزند عادی به روش نمونه&zwnj;&zwnj;گیری در&zwnj;&zwnj;دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه&zwnj;&zwnj;های چشم انداز زمان زیمباردو و بوید، مقیاس تاب&zwnj;&zwnj;آوری کونور و دیودسون، ابرازگری هیجانی کینگ و امونز و پرسشنامه خرد آردلت پاسخ دادند. تحلیـل داده&zwnj;&zwnj;ها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری انجام&zwnj;&zwnj;شد و داده&zwnj;&zwnj;ها با استفاده از نرم&zwnj;&zwnj;افزار SPSS 23 تحلیل شدند. نتایج به&zwnj;&zwnj;دست&zwnj;&zwnj;آمده نشان داد مؤلفه&zwnj;&zwnj;های چشم&zwnj;&zwnj;انداز زمان، هیجان ابرازشده، تاب&zwnj;&zwnj;آوری و خردمندی در مادران دارای کودک ناتوان ذهنی در مقایسه با مادران دارای کودک سالم تفاوت معناداری دارد. به&zwnj;&zwnj;بیان دیگر، مادران دارای کودک ناتوان ذهنی در مقایسه با مادران دارای کودک عادی، خردمندی کمتر، حال جبرگرای بیشتر، گذشته مثبت و حال آینده&zwnj;&zwnj;نگر کمتری، تاب&zwnj;&zwnj;آوری کمتر، هیجان منفی بیشتر و هیجان&zwnj;های مثبت کمتری را تجربه می&zwnj;&zwnj;کنند. این یافته&zwnj;&zwnj;ها اهمیت مطالعه متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر سلامت روان&zwnj;شناختی مراقبان کودکان کم&zwnj;&zwnj;توان ذهنی را روشن می&zwnj;&zwnj;سازد.
