From this community, 200 students were selected by available sampling method. Data collection tools included Rust's (1973) short form of moral stories, Swanson and Hill's (1993) 15-item moral behavior inventory, Haight and Graham (2007) 32-item questionnaire  and Mehrabian and Epstein's (1972) empathy scale. Data analysis was done using Spearman's correlation in spss_27 program and structural equation analysis in smart_pls program. Data analysis showed that moral judgment has a direct effect on moral behavior Also, the mediating role of moral foundations in the relationship between moral judgment and moral behavior is rejected But empathy is a mediator between moral judgment and moral behavior. این پژوهش با هدف مدل&zwnj;یابی روابط ساختاری قضاوت اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی و بررسی نقش میانجی بنیادهای اخلاقی و همدلی انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی_همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شهرری در سال تحصیلی ۱۴۰۲_۱۴۰۳ بود. حجم نمونه بر اساس نظر صاحب نظران با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس ۲۰۰ نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه داستان های اخلاقی رست (۱۹۷۳)، فهرست ۱۵ سوالی رفتار اخلاقی سوانسون و هیل (۱۹۹۳)، مقیاس همدلی مهرابیان و اپستین (۱۹۷۲) و پرسشنامه بنیان های اخلاقی هایت و گراهام (۲۰۰۷) بود. تحلیل آماری داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس 27 و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری در برنامه اسمارت پی ال اس انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده&zwnj;ها نشان داد که قضاوت اخلاقی روی رفتار اخلاقی اثر مستقیم دارد. همچنین نقش میانجی&zwnj;گری بنیادهای اخلاقی در رابطه میان قضاوت اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی رد می&zwnj;شود اما همدلی یک میانجیگر میان قضاوت اخلاقی و رفتار اخلاقی است.
